Insurance and Billing

Prior to your surgery, we will verify your insurance coverage, amount of deductible and any co-pay due.  Payment for any co-pay and deductible is due on the day of your surgery.  Due to the number of insurance plans, we suggest that you contact your insurance company if you have a specific question regarding your coverage.

As a courtesy, we will file a claim with your insurance company for you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with credit card approval on the date of payment.  If you would like to know more about Patient Financing Services and our low-interest loans, please contact the business office. Additionally we accept personal checks.

SELF PAY/COSMETIC SURGERY 
Fees for these services will be collected prior to surgery.  Cash, cashiers checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will be accepted prior to or on the day of surgery.  No personal checks will be accepted on the day of surgery.
